There are two types of English courses, delivered by foreign teachers and by Chinese teachers respectively. Specific training has been arranged as well.

Before foreign teachers commence their jobs, we will deliver training, centering on perspectives of projects introduction and teaching rules, teaching material analysis and teaching schedule, students language level and teaching strategies, etc, so that the teachers could have an integrated understanding and preparation to the teaching environment. They could therefore teach students according to their levels and bring out the maximum teaching effect.

For Chinese teachers, we also provide corresponding teaching training, focusing on helping teachers understand and master the advantages of textbooks, strategies and implementation of classroom interaction, relevant requirements of certain courses, etc, so as to help the teachers better plan their classes and make full use of the textbooks.
