Foreign Teacher Management

• Regarding the foreign teacher management, we will:

  1. Abide strictly by school teaching norms;

  2. Inspect regularly the implementation of teaching tasks;

  3. Collect teaching plans regularly;

  4. Hold weekly online or face-to-face meetings;

  5. Check periodically the assessment of homework;

  6. Assess the construction and participation of the second classroom activities;

  7. Evaluate the foreign teachers based on students’ questionnaire results, discussion, school feedback and class observation at the end of each semester.
